Ms. Kempe has held critical roles in distinguished companies that have capitalized on her business and professional development expertise. From 2010 to 2015, Ms. Kempe was the Global Strategy Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills, an international law firm with headquarters in London, United Kingdom and Sydney, Australia.
In 2016, Ms. Kempe was offered the executive position of COO at Jones Day in Sydney, Australia. Jones Day is an international law firm based in the United States and is the fifth largest law firm in the U.S. and the 13th highest grossing law firm in the world. As one of the most elite law firms in the world, ranking first in both M&A league tables and the 2017 U.S. Law Firm Brand Index, Jones Day has numerous high profile clients and represents over half of the companies in the Fortune 500, including Goldman Sachs, General Motors, and Verizon.
